10-WEEK WOMEN’S EMBODIMENT VIRTUAL CONTAINER
section I: PROGRAM AGREEMENT
Welcome to Work of the Heart — a 10-week journey into your inner landscape.
By enrolling, you commit to showing up for yourself and this sacred container with openness, presence, and integrity. This Agreement is entered into between Rory Sadoff, Somatic Coach ("Coach") and the participant ("Client").
The Work of the Heart Program includes:
8 live virtual group calls focused on somatic and embodiment practices.
2 integration calls to deepen and solidify your experience.
Access to practices, tools, and somatic exercises curated for this container.
Ongoing support and engagement within the virtual container.
SECTION II: PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
The Client agrees to the investment terms as outlined at the time of registration. Payments are non-refundable and due as per the agreed payment plan.
This is a commitment to self and to the integrity of the container. The Coach holds this boundary to honor the collective energy and intention of the group.
SECTION III: Participation & responsibility
Clients are expected to attend the scheduled group calls and integration sessions. If a session is missed, replays may be provided, but live participation is encouraged for full embodiment of the work.
The Client acknowledges responsibility for their own well-being and decisions during and after the program. This work is somatic and experiential in nature and does not substitute for licensed medical or psychological support. The Coach is not a licensed mental health provider, physician, or dietitian, and any suggestions provided are not a substitute for professional advice.
SECTION IV: Confidentatlity & community agreement
All participants agree to maintain confidentiality within the group container. Sharing personal experiences, stories, or identifying information outside the container is strictly prohibited.
This is a space for mutual respect, deep listening, and honoring the diverse experiences of all participants.
SECTION V: liability waiver
By enrolling, the Client releases Rory Sadoff from any and all claims for damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes. The Client assumes full responsibility for their own participation.
SECTION VI: Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The sole remedy available to the Client, if awarded, shall be a refund of fees paid. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
