Section I: Refunds

Please note that all payments made toward the Retreat Package are non-refundable. Once a deposit or payment is made, it is considered a commitment to the program.

Section II: Payment arrangements

A non-refundable deposit of $555 is required at checkout to secure your spot for the Ultimate Women’s Weekend Retreat.

Payment plan options vary based on the specific retreat — including factors such as location, home size, number of participants, and time of year. Payment plans will be outlined at the time of purchase.

For those selecting a custom payment arrangement, the initial $555 deposit is due immediately upon registration. Subsequent payment details will be arranged and agreed upon directly between Rory Sadoff and the participant.

All payments will be processed automatically using the card on file, according to the selected billing schedule outlined in the chosen payment plan.

Section III: Responsibility & Liability

By registering for any Ultimate Women’s Weekend Retreat or associated events, participants acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages incurred as a result of participation.

Participation in the retreat requires prior completion of 1:1 or group work with Rory Sadoff as a prerequisite.

By enrolling, participants and their beneficiaries voluntarily waive and release any claims against Rory Sadoff, Somatic Coach, for injuries, negligence, accidental death, or damages sustained in connection with the Retreat or any related activities.
