"I lived day to day in constant fear or judgement"

My name is Amber I am an aerospace consultant  in the Corporate America world, and I reside in Longmeadow, MA. Before I met Rory, I was struggling heavily with anxiety. I lived day to day in this constant fear of judgement, and always in my head with zero confidence.  I was always worried about everyone else, and everything else. I would never be able to “shut off” or “relax” and would lose sleep over constant thoughts. 

In addition to the stress, after being a college athlete 6 years ago, I started not to make the best lifestyle choices. I was not working out at as much, I was not choosing healthy foods. I fell into a deep depression because of the anxiety of where I formerly was.  

My biggest win was getting to the root of my anxiety. Figuring out my boundaries, self care, and getting in touch with my inner thoughts along with choosing a healthy lifestyle all correlated so heavily and allowed me to see the big picture. Diving deep into relationships was also a huge win for me. Examining familial relationships, romantic relationships, and friends and understanding how I was not fully showing up as my authentic self because of people pleasing. Taking care of myself first allowed me to show up bigger and better for those around me, and in a way that felt clear to me, and now these relationships are flourishing. I stepped out of comparison mode and into a new layer and level of self love that I have never felt before. 

Feel Heal Reveal allowed me to focus on the present moment. With living in the present, it allowed me to tune into my hormone health and listen to what my body was telling me. Not only did I get my confidence back, but my acne is gone, my hair is smooth and longer, my digestion is regular and I lost weight! Rory went the extra mile with me, and listened with such intent. 

After working with Rory, my life has completely changed. I no longer escape my emotions, and I am fully tapped into everything around me. This was my biggest spiritual awakening. Rory gave me the tools and was right by my side throughout the entire journey.

I am able to live the life I knew I wanted to live.
