"I feel like a transformed woman"

My name is Katie, and I worked with Rory for around 8 months. I am so grateful to have met rory and started Feel Heal Reveal, it's been an amazing journey.

Prior to meeting Rory, I was not feeling like myself and just gotten out of a toxic relationship. When i reached out i was stuck and thought I had exhausted all my options. I felt as if I was falling apart. 

I feel like a transformed woman. Since I started with Rory I regained my self confidence, I’ve been starting to choose myself. She is a beautiful soul who pushes you into a safe and loving space that allows your inner being to be awakened. I feel light, breathless & beautiful and it has been a long stressful journey.  One of the biggest things that ive been able to work through has been acceptance. My whole life I've been told I am emotional. .As an adult Rory has given me the tools to work through these emotions & not feel the need to suppress them. From journaling prompts, meditations, food choices, & other exercises I truly believe I would not be here if it were not for Rory. I would not be in this space, and I feel myself getting emotional as I write this. She is a beautiful person who has the ability to hold space as i grow. She is a loving essence.
